We take active part in the journey of start-ups of the Impact Hub Munich and constantly evolve our support structure. Together with The Boston Consulting Group and the Impact Hubs in Vienna and Berlin, we developed a Business Clinics Program for the impact-first start-ups in our community. After the successful conclusion of the first round of the Business Clinics, we are now launching the second round of this program.
The Business Clinics is a three months sparring program for impact-first start-ups to support them in lifting their business and strategy to the next level. The start-ups enter with a specific challenge that they want to focus on during the program. The program consists of three meetings (one per month) for each start-up with a team of two dedicated BCG consultants. During the meetings, the consultants will intensively work together with the start-ups on a predefined business related topic and will help them monitor their progress. In between the meetings, the start-ups will commit to work on these topics. The BCG consultants will be matched to the teams according to the team’s needs.
Start-ups have the opportunity to apply here until April 20th 2017.

Application criteria

  • Impact Hub Member
  • Prototype, MVP built or first steps into market done
  • A clear impact-first focus
  • Clear need for advice
  • Commitment to participate in all three meetings

The second Business Clinic will start in May 2017. The program language can be both in German and English.
Start-ups have the opportunity to apply until April 20th 2017.
