Lessons from the EU-Funded Fit4Green Project

This methodology talk introduces a practical approach to designing social and environmental impact, illustrated through the EU-funded Fit4Green project. The session demonstrates how a clear impact pathway, from intended change to measurable outcomes, guided the EU-funded Fit4Green partnership's across Austria, Slovenia and Latvia, where grassroots sport events were used to improve sustainability competences among young people.

Participants will gain insights into the strategy design process, key lessons from implementation and how our co-creation has supported measurable behavioural change. The presentation is followed by an open discussion to help translate the approach into participants’ own initiatives.
