With BalkonSonne.App, I set out to make solar energy simple, fast, and personal — even for people without a rooftop. The app uses local AI on the smartphone to analyze sky images and calculate how much sunshine a balcony can really deliver. In my talk, I’ll share how it all ties together — the tech, the mission, and the messy reality of turning passion for a better future into a business that can last.
