Nowadays, people all over the world face the challenge of finding balance between the desirable calm and healthy life style and the overloaded demands of the rushed everyday life. The Nadism has emerged on this scenario offering a delightful approach to relieve the problem: it creates a culture where enjoying moments for doing nothing becomes something with great value.

Friday June 12th / 2-3pm / IMPACT HUB NADISM SLOW MOB
Meet at the park in front of the church at Thalkirchner Straße 81
After lunch time all Hubers will be invited to meet at the little park in front of the church near the Hub for 20 minutes of delightful nadism practicing. After, we will open a circle for conversation about the insights. Marcelo Bohrer, founder of the Nadism Club will present the case of the movement and to answer all questions. Please bring a beach towel, a yoga mat or a picnic mat / in case of rain we will do it in the Arena.
Sunday June 14th / 5-7pm / NADISM CLUB MEETING

The Nadism Club Meeting for fully enjoying doing nothing.
The participants will be welcome to join the 50 minutes of nadism practicing for complete disconnection and relax. After that we will open a circle for exchanging ideas and insights. The conversation will be leaded by Marcelo Bohrer, founder of the NADISM Club, Katrin Peters from Slow Down in Munich and Julian Wildgruber, director and producer of the documentary film: From Business To Being. In case of rain the meeting will be postponed to June 19th.
The movement started in Brazil in 2006 by the designer Marcelo Bohrer after his own experience of facing a burnout keeps growing counting now with thousands of members in more than 7 countries. The Nadism Slow Down Day Munich will be its first big event in Germany. A day in praise of giving a break and enjoying the pleasure of doing nothing.
